“I believe companies only grow sustainably when employees are on board. That belief has shaped my entire career and is the reason I founded Jacquier Communication & Change: to help leaders translate strategy into engaging messages and experiences that inspire action.

With more than 20 years of experience in international groups like Nissan, ENGIE, and CWT, I have led global internal communication functions, supported cultural and organisational transformations, and coached leaders through some of their most high-stakes moments.

Today, as a communication and change consultant, I work with HR, CSR, and Communications leaders, as well as event agencies, to:

  • Engage employees around sustainability strategies, reorganisations, and business transformations

  • Define and activate company purpose, vision, and values

  • Build and launch employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent

  • Design editorial strategies for events and prepare leaders to inspire on stage

  • Support leadership teams with advisory, coaching, and strategic storytelling

Born in the U.S. and based in the Paris region for over 20 years, I am bilingual (English/French) and bring a unique perspective shaped by a multicultural background, extensive experience working across cultures, and a collaborative style that makes it easy for me to integrate with client teams. Beyond consulting, I mentor young professional women and am passionate about helping the next generation of leaders thrive.”
