You have the strategy.
I help make it stick.

Whether you're navigating a major transformation, embedding a sustainability commitment, defining your employer promise, or preparing leaders to inspire on stage, the challenge is rarely the strategy itself. It's getting people to understand it, believe in it, and act on it.

I bring a comprehensive communication and change approach to every project. I work collaboratively with your team to co-create the narrative and tools that make change tangible, and that our efforts focus on where they will create the most value. From strategy to delivery, I offer communication and change services in English and French.

Services

  • Large-scale change creates uncertainty. And uncertainty, poorly managed, generates confusion, disengagement and loss of meaning.

I help organizations navigate large-scale changes by building the communication strategy and content that keeps people informed, engaged, and moving in the right direction. Working as a strategic sparring partner, I start by understanding your context deeply, the strategic, organizational and relational dynamics at play, before defining the narrative, preparing leaders to communicate with clarity and confidence, and creating the practical deliverables that your stakeholders need to get on board.

My approach is always audience-centric: grounded in a clear understanding of what each group needs to understand, feel and do in order to bring your initiative to life.

What I bring to your project:

    • Change communication strategy and roadmap, including quick wins

    • Stakeholder mapping and impact analysis

    • Narrative and key message development

    • Leader engagement and communication preparation

    • Content and communication materials: announcements, FAQs, presentations, video scripts, employee stories…

    • Engagement measurement and adoption tracking

Experience across: business strategy launches, HR transformations, organizational restructuring, cultural change, digital transformation and mergers and acquisitions, in large, complex global organizations.

  • Your employer promise should be a genuine reflection of what makes your organization a distinctive place to work: its culture, its strengths, its ambitions. Not an aspirational fiction, but an authentic story that resonates with the people already inside and attracts the right talent from outside.

The risk of getting this wrong is real. When candidates arrive and experience a disconnect between the promise and the reality, trust erodes quickly. That's why I start where most EVP projects don't: with a deep understanding of your current culture and your strategic ambitions, identifying what is genuinely strong today, where the gaps are, and what needs to be addressed before any promise goes public.

From there, I work alongside your HR and Comms teams to co-build a promise grounded in reality, brought to life through the content, experiences and cultural cues that make it credible, from recruitment and onboarding through to the day-to-day employee experience. The goal: candidates join for the right reasons, and the reality they find matches what they were promised.

What I bring to your project:

    • Employee interviews and current culture assessment

    • EVP narrative development grounded in strategic ambition and cultural reality

    • Gap analysis and recommendations to align culture with the promise

    • Internal deployment: workshops, webinars, toolkits and engagement initiatives

    • Onboarding and cultural cue alignment

    • Employee storytelling aligned to the employer promise

    • Recruitment website and social media employer brand content

    • Hiring manager handbooks and spokesperson preparation

    • EVP audit and competitor benchmarking

  • A sustainability strategy that employees don't understand, believe in or connect with remains an unfulfilled promise. In a regulatory environment where European directives on green claims are tightening, and where employees and stakeholders are increasingly skeptical of corporate sustainability narratives, the pressure to communicate credibly has never been higher.

The organizations that get this right gain a real competitive advantage, attracting purpose-driven employees who want to work somewhere their values align with their employer's.

I help organizations build sustainability communication grounded in facts, backed by proof points and aligned with European regulatory requirements, so the story you tell is one you can stand behind. Not empty promises, but a credible, evidence-based narrative that reflects what you are genuinely doing and where you are honestly heading.

I work as a strategic sparring partner alongside sustainability and communications teams, co-constructing the narrative with senior leaders, identifying real strengths, acknowledging gaps transparently, and tying disparate actions into a coherent, compelling story. I then bring it to life through content, events and engagement initiatives that reach employees at every level and build genuine understanding and commitment.

What I bring to your project:

    • Comprehensive communication and change approach for sustainability initiatives

    • Narrative development grounded in facts, data and proof points

    • Greenwashing risk assessment and mitigation

    • Alignment with European green claims directives and reporting requirements

    • Stakeholder engagement: events, competitions, awareness campaigns

    • Leader and expert interviews and storytelling

    • Intranet and external website editorial strategy and content

    • Presentations and leader preparation for conference appearances

    • Deliverables: FAQs, key messages, employee stories, articles and more

  • A great event moves people. And a great speaker doesn't just inform. They inspire.

I work with event teams and leadership teams in two distinct ways.

As editorial director for major conferences and summits, I shape the overall narrative, work directly with each presenter to ensure their content connects with the audience and the event theme, and make sure the whole program has a coherent thread that participants follow, remember and act on. I bring structure, clarity and storytelling discipline to every stage of the process, from kick-off through to on-site support.

As a speaker trainer, I work one-to-one and in groups with senior leaders to build the confidence, presence and storytelling skills that make them more impactful every time they take the stage. Sessions are adapted to individual needs and can be delivered as a one-off intensive or as a program over time.

What I bring to your project:

    • Editorial direction for conferences, summits and major events

    • Master script development and MC preparation

    • Content review and audience adaptation for individual presentations

    • Narrative and storytelling development for speakers

    • Speaker preparation sessions: individual or group, one-off or program

    • On-site editorial support during the event

    • Post-event feedback and recommendations
